For those of you who know us well, you'll know that my dad and I have always enjoyed cycling together. In fact, he's the one who taught me to cycle at the age of 4 (I have plenty of scars to show for it...). Fast forward 20+ years and you'll usually find us both lazing around on Sunday watching a Netflix movie on the sofa. However, we've decided to mix things up on Sunday 11th September and challenge ourselves with a cycle from London to Brighton (88.5km)

We'll be raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), a charity that has helped so many children including our 6 year old nephew, a little champ who continues to be treated at GOSH.
