On Sunday 11th September Tom and I will be running or crawling The Great North Run to raise funds for Alopecia Uk, a charity very close to our hearts. We ran it together 3 years ago and this will be the 2nd and final time, so please guys dig deep and spare a few pounds for a good cause!💕
