In memory of Graeme Woolley
We offer hospice at home services to people living with life-limiting illness

Story

Myself and 2 friends, Laura Woolley and Kay Anstee are trekking the Himalayan Annapurnas during 2014.

We need to raise at least £2800 each to participate in the Paul Sartori Himalayan Trek.  This amount will fund the trip and together with all the supporters will raise a minimum £30,000 for the foundation.

The Paul Sartori Foundation is a local Pembrokeshire charity which enables patients with a life limiting illness to be cared for at home.  The  foundation requires over £2500.00 a day to provide their services.

On 5th September this year, Graeme (Laura's husband)  died peacefully at home with his friends and family around him after a 6 month battle against cancer.  Paul Sartori nurses cared for him during this time.

This trekking experience is inspired by Graeme, (although he was not a fan of walking!) and it will also be a personal challenge in my 40th year!

To raise the money we will be holding cheese and wine nights,  curry nights and other events (which are sure to involve food and drink!). We are also walking the 186 miles  of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Thank you for your support
