I am running the Plymouth Half Marathon at the end of April for the charity Hammer Out, which is a registered charity dedicated to reaching out to all those affected by brain tumours. Hammer Out provide care and support to help families face the devistation of the diagnosis of a brain tumour.

 In August 2009, my best friends Dad, Clive Kelson sadly passed away through cancer, and it was Hammer Out who were the support and trust to the family during the very long battle.

Clive, the family and the charity are all very close to my heart and it is a great cause to run for to try and raise money for their continued support to families affected by a Brain Tumour.
