Bring a blanket, bring a picnic, bring your friends and join us for a magical evening under the stars. An evening of cinema and wonderful pre-show entertainment all in aid of a wonderful local charity. 

We will be opening the night with a local dance group. Then to get you in the mood for singing, we will be having a local singer performing. You can even join in after as we have a fantastic Karaoke system to get you going before the film starts. All this starting from 8pm. Gates open from 7pm. We aim to start the film approximately 9:00pm just after the sun sets.

Parking is available at Concord Club. Please be respectful when arriving and leaving as the Club is near a residential area and the event will finish late. Toilets are available in the Clubhouse.

It can quite chilly once the sun sets, so please dress accordingly. We advise layers and blankets! 

Please feel free to bring camping chairs or picnic blankets. If it does rain, the event still goes ahead, we'd definitely advise recommending camping chairs instead of picnic blankets.

You are more than welcome to bring your own picnic. However, no alcohol is to be brought into the event as all alcohol can be purchased at the bar. There will be stalls selling popcorn, slush puppies and candy floss together with a burger van to purchase food if you need extra nibbles!

Please leave the site as tidy as you find it. 

Just a couple of things to consider if taking children; All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The film will finish late and therefore will be pitch black on the grounds. 

And Finally.......ENJOY!!! Remember this is Canvey's first Outdoor Cinema Event. Let's have some fun!! Hey.....you can even come in fancy dress....why not?!
