Hello, my name is Sarah and I  have previously served on the Global Mercy (January 2022-December 2022). I will be continuing to serve on Mercy Ships as a Grade 3 teacher from August 2023 for a commitment of 2 years! The ship will be in Sierra Leone for a field service! I am so excited to be working with such an amazing charity and teaching the children of the crew members.

Mercy Ships is a global Christian charity that follows the 2,000-year-old model of Jesus to bring hope and healing to those suffering from disability, disfigurement, and disease. We deploy hospital ships and partner with African nations to transform surgical systems and provide free surgery to those most in need. We believe every person is valuable. 

GIving hope and healing to those who are in great need is a real privilege to be part of. I need your help to raise the money which will enable me to serve on the ship and contribute to a community who touches the lives of all they meet in West Africa.
