I (Sarah) have had Type 1 Diabetes for 15 years now and my fiances grandad Dennis also had Type 1.

This charity means a lot to me & also both of our families as there are a huge amount of problems that come with Diabetes not just relying on Insulin to keep us alive but the problems and damage it brings to the rest of your body including eyes, kidneys, nerves etc.
