Emma’s dream was to trek to Everest Base Camp. Sadly she never made it. Three years after her tragic death from type 1 Diabetes I am hoping to achieve her dream. Physically and emotionally it will be tough but I am convinced that she will be there in spirit with me every step of the way.

My trip is totally self funded and although the  cure for Diabetes is still light years away every penny I raise will go towards research and raising awareness of this disease.
