Fundraising for Headway - the brain injury association
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I will be running the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday 1st March in aid of Headway UK.
Last year in the UK over 100,000 people were admitted to hospital with serious head injuries. Additional prompt, reliable and helpful support is needed almost immediately to families and patients with injuries of this nature.
I appreciate all the support headway provided to my family after I was victim of a road traffic accident in March 2012. Headway's help was indispensable to them from the start, and I can only thank them for providing support and literature which has helped me on my road to healing.
Please give whatever you can, however small. Every donation will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to keeping up the fundraising efforts with the whole nine yards later this year!
