Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running the London Marathon 2013 in Memory of Grandma Carmen. Carmen was an exceptional women, Even though she wasnt my actual Grandma (She was my wife's) She treated me like one of her own, She was always so welcoming and loving to me. A few years ago Grandma was diagnosed with Cancer, she was determined to fight this awful disease and for a number of years she was so strong and so brave and fought and fought and fought, Sadly, On October 28th 2012, Grandma lost her fight.
The world is definitely a duller place without Grandma Carmen.
I feel it so fitting to run the London Marathon in honour of Grandma Carmen, and I know she will be with me all throughout the race cheering me on.
I am going to miss you Grandma Carmen xxxx
I am also running the London Marathon for Bone Cancer Research Trust, as all donations will help this wonderful company
