Thank you so much for giving in memory our dear friend and colleague, Deirdre and the many people helped by fantastic and caring charities like Pembridge Hospice.

She inspired us by throwing herself into everything with such joy and enthusiasm - so please do just that and give what you can, and I'll enjoy every step of my first half marathon.
