Story
This is the one week of the year when everyone we know puts all their valuable energy into telling the world that M.E. is a real and physical disease. We are doing all that we can, to help raise awareness and inform others of the issues faced by our neglected community.
We need our healthy allies to help us make some noise for those of us who are too ill to do it ourselves. I’ll be doing what I can on social media and hosting a small Blue Sunday Tea Party on 12th May with blue balloons, blue pompom garlands, blue wreath and all things blue!
For info on all sorts chronic illness related and also how our healthy bodied friends can help raise awareness and donate to fund research, you can visit this blog

The ME Association has lots of info too and also sells Go Blue for ME t-shirts and other merchandise.
