On Sunday 1st October 2017 I'll be taking part in my very first half marathon at the age of 58 in the city where I lived for over 40 years...Cardiff.

Now based in Somerset, it's an honour to be supporting Ty Hafan, a Welsh charity that does so much to support children with life-limiting conditions who arn't expected to reach the age of eighteen. Being lucky enough to have five children of my own, the work undertaken by Ty Hafan is all the more important.

Please help me reach my £300 target which can pay for six hours of music therapy enabling a child to be creative for the first time thier family.
