Running has always been a way for me to escape and feel calm when I’m anxious , since running a marathon has always been something I have wanted to do I wanted  to give Back to mind for their support and their amazing help that they give every single day . 🦋 growing up I have watched close relatives be so low and broken by their own thoughts to then find themselves again and be wholesome with the family ❤️ It is in this gratitude that I am choosing to support them 💜
