The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I would love to raise as much as I can for the Guide Dogs, as I strongly believe that this is a charity that should be government funded. Sadly, they have to rely on donations to support nearly 2 million people in the UK living with sight loss. The target of £35 is enough to fund a guide dog partnership for a week, £50 could buy a training kit for a puppy, while £100 could pay for 5 hours of guide dog training.

Amber, my Cavapoo, and Rosie, my Yorkie/Jack cross, will be sporting their very own Dogs Unite capes throughout the walk. I will also be carrying a Guide Dogs donation box, in order to hopefully collect some donations throughout the walk. Any amount of money we raise will be a great help to the Guide Dogs charity, be it £5 or £50, so thank you so much for your support.
