Those who know me, know that being a Mum is probably all I've ever wanted or was destined to be. I never expected to reach the point in my life where everything was ready for us to be parents, but be suddenly faced with the reality that it wasn't going to be as easy as expected. 

Infertility is rarely spoken about, or probably even thought about until it becomes personal, so I'd love to raise the profile, even a little, and to raise money for this worthwhile charity.

5K isn't far... by a long stretch... but I've been trying hard to improve my fitness levels (having none at all initially) and this will be a real challenge for me.

Running with me will be my Mum, who supports me in everything... and most likely will be dragging me through the mud and up the hills in January!
