16th May 2021 marks 20 years without Dad. It’s an incomprehensible amount of time, but I can’t let such a milestone pass without honouring Dad and hopefully raising some vital funds for Winston’s Wish in the process. 

This year, between 1st March and 16th May, I am walking the equivalent distance from Birmingham to Dad’s favourite place in Salcombe (Devon), and back again (total 400 miles - 644km). I will need to walk about 60km each week to be able to reach the target.

Winston’s Wish is the UK’s childhood bereavement charity, supporting children and young people after the life-altering event of the death of a parent or sibling. Like a lot of charities at the moment, funding is coming under pressure at a time when services are needed most. 

If I can contribute even a tiny amount towards the funds required to keep those services running at Winstons Wish, then it will be more than worth it, and I would be eternally grateful for your support.
