I am taking part in a charity sky dive on the 29th April 2017 in memory of my Dad John Hyncica who sadly passed away 2 years ago due to suicide.

I am delighted that I get to support a local charity helping survivors of bereavement by suicide as I know how tough and challenging these times are for anyone that has been through it.  Personally I found it really tough and if it wasn't for the support off my friends and family I don't think I would of got through it.

I also would like to raise awareness for mental health because it is often overlooked and not took seriously. It is a hidden illness but one of the biggest killers.  I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to educate yourself on mental illness because one day it could be you, a friend or a member of your family suffering from the disease. A person will often not show they are suffering as they are to embaressed or might feel trapped and helpess.

So plese lets get rid of the stigma and share my story!!!
