On 31st August 2014 the lights went out in my world my husband was taken away from me very suddenly and without warning.

What started as a normal weekend ended in complete devastation. 

My husband Dave was 48 and very fit and healthy he had been complaining of feeling run down but we put this down to the fact that we'd moved house, got a puppy and the stresses of running his own business little did we know. 

On the evening before the 31st Dave hadn't been feeling great he said he just didn't feel right nothing in particular just not right. We both honestly thought he was coming down with a cold but how wrong we were. The only symptoms he had were tiredness and sinus congestion which he had had for a while 

Myocarditis is known as the silent killer and that's exactly what it is we had no idea. At present its currently not tested for and I am setting up this page because we need to raise awareness and have more information.

I never thought this would affect my life but it did it took away my future and Dave's life he left the house and never came home his heart stopped beating and there was nothing we could do.

The weekend I lost Dave my heart went with him it was like watching a tv programme but it's real very real Myocarditis causes devastation it takes lives we need to get it recognised so please help by donating
