Oh my, what to say... As you probably know, I'm not the running type. So believe me when I say it's a special charity that's persuaded me to don trainers and pound the pavement.

Why? Well, I could say I believe the children are our future... But seriously, the real reason is that when Mark and I have a family I want our children to grow up in a world where children are safe and valued. NSPCC is working hard right now to make that a reality and providing support to children who haven't had the best start in life. I've seen first hand what a difference this can make.

So, I hope you'll support me in what is going to be the biggest challenge of my life so far (13.1 miles people!!!) and raise as much money as possible for NSPCC.
