Story
So, some of you may be wondering what this couch to Marathon thing is all about?
It’s about this man, my cousin Kevin Fawcett.
Kev was diagnosed with primary progressive MS in 2006. His deterioration in health was rapid and devastating for Kev and for all who loved him. Despite the many challenges he faced however, he never lost his sense of humour. He was truly a funny, humble and very loveable man.
Kev passed away in March, just two days after his 46th birthday. We all miss him very much.
I’m running the Virgin London Marathon 2019 in memory of Kev and raising as much money as I can along the way for MS-UK for all others who are affected by MS.
