Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. It's still a little spares, but I will continue to add to it and post updates on my activities.
I shall fly to Cambodia on the 4th November 2017. Lying in the heart of old Indochina, the small country of Cambodia is home to dazzling green rice paddies and jungles, dotted with temples and
ruins, villages of thatched stilted houses, and small towns where Buddhist temples nestle amongst graceful French colonial buildings.
There, I shall join a week long trek of around 100km organisesd by Global Adventure Challenges. The challenge starts in Siem Reap, ideally situated to explore the ancient capital of the mighty Khmer Empire. The trek passes through hills, valleys and dense forests, ascending to the upper plain of Kulen Mountain. It will be hot and dusty, leading to the finishing point at Angkor Wat, one of the most renowned and impressive sights in Southeast Asia. The trek takes place over 5 days, averaging around 20 km a day. The 3rd day is the longest at 26km and the last day a gentle 10km.

Roberta spent her last 10 weeks in St Catherine's Hospice until 12th May 2016. During this time their expertise and dedication provided
her with invaluable physical, emotional and spiritual support. I also appreciate the support and relief this gave to both myself and Sara.
