Thank you all for your support in my climb up Killimanjaro last year in memory of Mark.  The experience was challenging on all accounts both physical and emotional.  The immense elation I experienced on conquering the mountain was amazing and both myself and my boys were overwhelmed and proud by the support we received in Marks memory.   

We as a family know the importance of the work that BHF does as my son Jac wrote on my  face book page  " if it means that someone else can have their dad it will be worth it ". This has spurred me on to complete a charity challenge in memory of Mark every year for the life saving work under taken by the British Heart Foundation.

So if you have a spare few pounds please give to this cause in memory of a wonderful father and husband so hopefully others will have longer with their loved ones.  Thankyou xx
