I am running Reading half-marathon to raise money for Bibs as Buscot Ward desperately needs 2 new incubators without which, babies born too early or too sick cannot survive. 

Our daughter, Poppy, was born very early, at 28 weeks. Poppy weighed 1kg, was very sick and spent 3 months on Buscot Ward, at The Royal Berkshire Hospital. Thanks to the formidable staff and vital life-saving equipment, Poppy came home on oxygen on her due date.

Bibs raises funds to enable RBH to buy the latest technology and equipment for Buscot ward and also provides postnatal support to parents and funds facilities on the ward for family and friends. We could not have got through the dark days on Buscot Ward without the support from Bibs.
