Cancer Chicks is an organisation Olivia set up whilst going through chemotherapy, when she felt that there was little support out there for the huge confidence knock that comes along with the change in identity when going through treatment for cancer. Cancer Chicks now works in partnership with the amazing charity Trekstock to put on events across the UK helping young women gain back their confidence.

Trekstock also supported and still support Olivia through and beyond her cancer diagnosis. Cancer Chicks are fundraising in aid of Trekstock so that they can help reach & support the 34 young adults who are diagnosed with cancer in the UK everyday.

A note from Olivia on Trekstock: Being diagnosed with cancer in your 20's and 30's is difficult because you are in the 'in-between' stage where you are no longer supported by child or teenage charities, but other charities are more suited to older people. It was also difficult to meet people who are the same age as you going through cancer treatment but Trekstock made that possible through their events & online community. It is an indescribable feeling being united with people who just 'get it.' So thank you Trekstock!
