Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our Just Giving page for the Moonwalk.

Teddington Totty is a team of 13 mums who are uniting on May 14th to walk 26.2 miles, through the night, to support close friends and family who  have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The affects of breast cancer have been made very real to us recently and we are hoping that by doing the Moon Walk, we can raise awareness and generate a fabulous amount of money to help benefit breast cancer patients today and through funding, benefit the future health of us all. 

Every year nearly 55,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK; that’s the equivalent of one person every 10 minutes. More frightening, is that 1 in 8 women in the UK will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.

Over the coming months, Teddington Totty will be out in force, pounding the parks and pavements to build up the stamina and strength required to complete a marathon. The Moon Walk itself takes place overnight, with no sleep stops, so we need your support to keep us motivated. 

Any donation, big or small, will be gratefully received and with your generous sponsorship, we will know that every step we take, in training and on the night, will help save lives and make a difference to those who need it.
