I want to raise money for people who are less fortunate than us. I know my daughter was troubled and lost her battle against depression in 2016. She cared for everyone. I feel depression is closely linked with homelessness and I want to help. My challenge will be difficult for me but it as to be or there would be no point.

30 day challenge
1 million steps that’s 18 miles a day for me
At least a 10k run everyday
No beer and I drink 4 times a week and I love a few pints
Lose one Stone in weight
I will update on here and social media so you can follow my journey.

I just hope I make it my family and friends think this will be tough but deep down they believe I can, not sure I do.
