As many of you know, my niece, Catherine, died of a rare form of Leukaemia in September 2013.  She was only 17.  She died within a week of diagnosis.

My brother, Richard has been fundraising for Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI for a few months and has already raised over £9,000.  My daughter, Sophie,7, had a cake sale and raised £40.  Now it's my turn to see what I can do for such a great cause.

I'm running the Capital Runners 10K in Bushy Park, London on 23rd November.  It's not a marathon, but will still be quite a challenge for me!
