Anyone who knows me will know i hate exercise... On the 25th July my dad passed away very suddenly at the age of 54 from Ischaemic Heart Disease. And im doing the 5k walk/jog/run in his memory. 

My Dad was and will always be my hero & i want to raise money for Action Heart. Dad did races, marathons etc to raise money for the charity who helped him. When he was younger he had a heart attack and then 6 years ago he had a triple heart bypass & action heart helped and guided him to look after his heart and keep healthy.

With the help of the team at The Fitness Factory - Stourbridge, we are holding an event for all the family on Sunday 13th September at 11am, in rememberance of my hero, My Dad

Everybody is welcome to attend to take part in the 5k route around Wollaston, whether you run, jog or walk and it is open to all the family, even the dog! There will be a bouncy castle, cake stall, raffle etc and the bar will be open for the event!
