Working as a volunteer I've seen the wonderful care this charity gives to so many terminally ill patients, not only the end of life care but to all the family and friends affected too. Sadly my mum didn't make it to St Catherines but she was very well looked after for her lymphedema.
This jump is also in memory of a good friend, Mike who sadly passed away this year and for my friend, Jamie's grandad.
