COTE is local charity with a strong connection to our children's school.  They do fantastic work bringing hope, colour, and fun to some of the world's most vulnerable children.  It's a fabulous charity that does amazing work and our help can really make a difference.  For example, £25 would give one Syrian refugee all the books and equipment they would need for a whole year in a tent school in Lebanon.  

I've done the great south run before - you might sniff at the fact it's "only 10 miles" but you should know I find this stuff hard, and I'm keen this time to avoid being overtaken by a cheese triangle and a man playing the clarinet.
