Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.
In April 2014 I will be running the London Marathon for Pancreatic Cancer UK who work tirelessly to make a difference through research and help to provide a long and good life for everyone diagnosed with this terrible disease.
I recently lost my Aunty, age 41, who was diagnosed with a Pancreatic Neuroendocrine tumour 11 years ago. As I watched her deal with this illness over the years without complaining, always smiling and her positive attitude throughout, it has inspired me to want to run the marathon both to honour her bravery and in memory of such a beautiful person.
I've never run a marathon before and whilst the training is tough it is a great opportunity to raise a lot of money and i will be inspired by Lisa right to the end.
I know there's a lot of people who knew my Aunty, and all your support will be greatly appreciated by myself and also my family.
