Story
This Saturday morning I will be setting off on my 100 mile continuous walking challenge which I am planning to complete within 38 hours. The event is a circular route which involves a total ascent of 13,840ft starting in Northumberland and goes through Cumbria and Durham before heading back to Northumberland for the later stages.
Having only previously walked a total of 50 miles non stop this challenge is going to be the toughest challenge I have ever completed both physically and mentally with my feet and head pleading for me to "STOP". I am counting on your generous support and best wishes to spur me on to complete the challenge.

Additionally, this year, Barnabus are our 'Charity of the Year' and we look forward to supporting their work tackling homelessness in our city.
