Story
We'll be under the expert tuition of Steph Sartin to learn and perform a Waltz and a Cha Cha Cha.
We'd love it if you would get behind us by sponsoring this challenge and cheering us on as we strut our stuff.
Events like this really help to raise the charity’s profile, as well as providing funds to continue their work supporting local families and developing pioneering research across Yorkshire.
YBTC has one goal in mind: to make brain tumours a thing of the past.
Brain tumours are indiscriminate, regardless of background, geography and age. The after-effects of brain surgery or other treatments, whether the tumour is benign or malignant, can leave people with life-changing symptoms.
YBTC wants to reach EVERY Yorkshire family that has been affected by a brain tumour and let them know that there is someone there for them, at whatever stage they are at.
With your help they just got a little closer.”
Brain Tumours can affect anyone, at any time. They are the single biggest killer of the under 40's in the UK Every week approx 15 people are diagnosed with a brain tumour in Yorkshire. Research has been underfunded for brain tumours, with current treatments nearly 40 years old. We aim to fund world-class research here in Yorkshire to find treatments and a cure. Whilst we do that we will provide support to people living with and affected by brain tumours, emotionally, practically and financially for as long as they need us.
