Hi folks,

Every year, I say that I am going to apply for the London Marathon. But I always thought there is not enough time to train. I was just given the opportunity by a staff member at the VPC and it would of been rude of me to say no.

I have chosen the Rob Knox Foundation as I previously done some work with them and it was a great success. This is a great opportunity to raise the awareness of the foundation by running the London Marathon with thousands of runners, whilst being watched by nationwide. 

The Rob Knox Foundation raises the awareness of street violence.

I am also running on behalf of the Volunteer Police Cadets, which I have been myself for 5 years.

The VPC is a fantastic opportunity for every youth out there and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is able to join.
