You would have thought I had learnt my lesson from three years ago, but I've decided to challenge myself to another marathon.  This time it's Paris marathon on April 11th.

Training started a few months ago in the snow and ice (just to make it harder!) but will be worthwhile if I can raise as much money for a charity very close to me.  Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis often start in teenagers and young adults and last a lifetime.  The NACC (National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease) provides support to those affected and raises funds for research into a cure.
