So Zak is on a roll this year after me doing VLM he wants more bling just like me !!

He has already completed the 5k Duskrunner, and he has tuff nutt junior coming up and the rainbow run  no doubt we will throw in a race for life as well

Well it's official now I have the page - I'm am completing the London Marathon this year - very nervous but very excited.

The charity I'm running is FLEET and they provide Frontline Emergency Medical Equipment, so some of those Defibrillators you see out in the town, they are provided by this great charity. 

Having a defribrilator fitted myself I know first hand how important they are  I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for my implantable cardiac defibrillator so I believe it's very important that we get as many as possible in the local towns
