On Sunday 6th May I will be taking on an interesting challenge of learning to windsurf from scratch in just two hours. I am doing this in memory of my cousin Matt who unfortunately we lost to cancer just last month. Throughout everything he remained the most positive and upbeat person anyone could ever have the pleasure of knowing and he has taught us all the importance of living life to the full. Hopefully by raising money for Cancer Research through this event we will give other people with this dreaded illness the opportunity to live their life to the full just like he did.
