The Wedding Walk for Binny's Ball

We are raising funds for 'A Ball for Binny' - a ball in September which does 2 things, celebrates the life of my amazing hubby, Chris ' Binny' Binnington and fulfils his final wish of raising money for the Chris' chosen cancer charities.

Chris was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in June 2013 just 7 months into our married lives. He sadly passed away in December aged just 43. 2013 was filled with such sadness, in Chris I lost my soul mate, husband and best friend, but I am determined to make this year, 2014 a year of giving back.

On Saturday 21st of June Binny's beautiful brides will be walking from Binny's gaff in Cheadle Hulme to the Christie, where Chris was treated, a total of 10.4 miles. The route will take us through Cheadle Village, passed Chris' resting place, and onto Didsbury village finishing at the Christie. We will be walking in our full wedding attire, wedding dresses, tiara's, veils, bridesmaids dresses or posh frocks...all the money raised for the Wedding walk will go to The Christie. I am hoping if we raise enough in Chris' memory his name will displayed in the beautiful garden their on the tree of remembrance.
