Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The 7th July marks exactly a year since my dad passed. 

With it been the 1st year since I don’t just want to sit at home have a cry because that wouldn’t do the man any justice and it just isn’t mine or his way of going about stuff.

So, with that in mind I’ve decided to ask a couple of lads to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks with me on the 7th July (weather and work permitting) just to do something you know a little positive to celebrate his life.

None of us have trained for it or have much of a clue of the route and like I said it’s literally something I thought of the other day but as I say what an achievement it will be to celebrate his life.

I wasn’t planning on doing it for anything more than a bit of fun and for the occasion but one of the lads suggested whilst your doing it you might as well make some money for a good cause. So with that in mind I’m choosing the British Heart Foundation, in my dads case there isn’t much that could be of been done to prevent what happened but hopefully with a even more funding then people will get the opportunity to be diagnosed with any heart conditions earlier and give them the best chance of recovering and living a full and healthy life.
