At the heart of Williams Kent is our commitment to caring and developing relationships with the wider community. We have chosen to partner with Willow Foundation, a charity close to our hearts and in line with our company values and ethos. As a business we are focused on matching candidates and clients, optimising their working lives and via Willow we hope to extend this by helping others fulfil their dreams.

Willow is the only UK charity supporting seriously ill young adults by providing Special Days. Each unique experience is a positive focus away from treatment or marks recovery from illness. The planning, anticipation and excitement of the day itself boosts confidence and provides inspiration to make every moment count.
