Zahras Ramadan Jumpathon

Ramadan Jumpathon · 13 May 2020
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am creating this page on behalf of my daughter Zahra Chowdhury. Zahra is 12 years old and has Down Syndrome.
She has been learning about Islam and the importance of why Muslims fast during the holy month of Ramadan.
Alhamdulilah (All thanks to Allah), she is really happy that this year she has been able to keep all her fasts so far.
She is also learning that charity is the best and is most loved deed by Allah.
This is why we would like to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, an institute known to Zahra that has had a pivotal role in our lives. Hospitals need our assistance more than ever as they continue to help us during these very challenging times. I am hoping this opportunity increases Zahra’s understanding on ways to help others.
To raise money for this charity, Zahra will use her trampoline to bounce 100 times a day and say Alhamdulilah for each time, on each of the last 10 days of Ramadan (1,000 times in total).
The reward of donating in Ramadan is much more than any other month. One of the nights in the coming of days in Ramadan is more special and rewarding to Muslims than 1,000 months.
So please do donate to this great cause and help her achieve her target by giving whatever you can.
Jazak Allahu Khairan (Thank You) to you all for your support and please do share!
