Story

x The running team: Zoe, Laura, Lucy and Jessica! x

We will be running the Oxford Half Marathon in memory of my (Zoe's) Auntie Amanda who sadly passed away on the 4th February 2018, aged 50 following a long and brave battle with Multiple Sclerosis. A loved wife, mum, daughter, sister, neice, aunt and friend who is missed dearly. 💕

MS is a severely de-habilitating neurological disease which affects the nervous system. The MS therapy centre in Bedford cared for Amanda (and continues to care for other sufferers) providing ongoing support, care and physio during her battle with the disease. Amanda's dad Peter Barrows (my grandad) also attended the same centre during his battle with MS. Making it a charity close to my family's heart.

We would like to raise funds as a thank you for all they have done for our family, and to contribute to the support they give other sufferers of this cruel disease.

Thank you xx
