Laura and I are donning our walking boots and trekking the Great Wall of China in October 2011 to raise money for Acorns Children's Hospice (http://www.acorns.org.uk/). You may know Acorns is a charity very close to my heart, as some of my close friends recently lost their beautiful little girl Megan, who was just 5. Meg and her parents spent a lot of time at Acorn's over the last few years, and I've personally seen the amazing work they do for children with life limiting conditions and their families.

The fantastic job they do doesn't come cheap though, it costs £450 to look after one child for one day in one of their hospices. Any donation you can give, big or small, will make such a huge difference to these children and their families.
