Having lived with anxiety since being a teenager, Mind was the first place I stumbled upon in my quest to understand just what was happening inside my head. It’s an absolute honour to be a digital ambassador for the charity and as I reach 28, this year for my birthday I wanted us to all come together to make a difference and raise as much money and awareness as we possibly can for mental health.

Mental Health is something that NEEDS more resource and more awareness and as someone who is very vocal about the journey I’ve been on, I know how many others are still struggling in silence or don’t know where to turn for the help they need and this is where Mind comes in! I’ve had all your support on my journey, and now I want us to show support to those who really need it too.

It would be absolutely amazing if we could all come together to smash this target, and if you can’t donate, PLEASE share this page with as many people as possible. Even if it means that those people end up finding the charity for the first time, it could really, really help someone.

The work that Mind do is amazing, and to give you an idea of where the money that we'll raise together goes...

--> £15 could fund someone experiencing mental health problems to attend a group therapy session
--> £7.60 could offer a lifeline to someone in desperate need of support from Mind's Info and Legal Helplines
--> £21 could fund an hour of Elefriends, Mind's amazing and vital online community that provides peer support to tens of thousands of people

If we smash this target together, we could fund 476 Elefriends hours and help countless people suffering from mental health problems.
