I started trail running earlier this year after realising that running on the streets of London wasn't enough. I am privileged to have this choice and to run free. When I can I run on the trails and I always run grateful. I will be running 22km on Oct 30th, this will be my 2nd trail race.

So many don't have this freedom. 

TRIBE Freedom Foundation is on a mission to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking. They work by raising awareness of trafficking, supporting survivors and enabling frontline projects to prevent modern slavery. They empower communities to create an impact.
