Story

I  have  been very moved by the recent medical breakthrough story and also by NSIF founder, David Nicholl's personal story about his son' accident  and  how he promised him he'd find 'something'   - and ever since has pursued 'a cure' for paralysis.

The story and sentiment and feelings struck a very personal chord with me too, as my son Mathew was involved in a very serious accident late  2014 when he was hit by a 4x4 whilst walking with friends from a show, on a country road in North Wales, and as a consequence is now paralysed from the chest down /  T4 Paraplegic.

The charities story and success so far is unprecedented , so I really do urge everyone to look at  their website for full details as the recent breakthrough is amazing , however the momentum needs to keep going in order to progress to a level whereby people like my son can benefit fully.  The first steps have been made (literally) !

History in the making!

Thank you Nicholls Spinal Injury foundation for all the good work you have funded so far.  Already providing a glimmer of hope for all  people worldwide who  are affected by  paralysis

After our intial fund-raising  in 2015, we continue to raise funds, initially with Aardvarker's Moulin Rouge Ball in Chester, September 2016.  Any contribution whatsoever that you can make to our efforts is very much appreciated.

Please donate where you can to help us reach our target and keep your eye out for our fund-raising events too!

MASSIVE  THANKS to all of you supporting this wonderful charity.
