ActionAid is an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. From now until 4th June, everything we fundraise will be matched, pound for pound, by the UK Government, meaning our support will go even further! This is part of our 'She is the answer' appeal - helping women and girls fight against the devastating climate crisis. Together, we're aiming to raise £5,000 which could  cover the cost of creating a community fishing pond – including the cost of the labour and machinery needed to dig it, as well as buying fish which will multiply and generate income for the community for the year to come. This can equate to £10,000 with matched funding!
