Lumos is a charity whose aim it is to raise money to help children who live in 'orphanages'. However these orphanges are more of an insitution.

I decided after watching My life on cbbc that I would do so. To see the children living in such conditions angered me. I therefore felt that I must do something about it.

Every child has the right to feel loved and wanted.

Every child has the right to achieve, to flourish.
