I have joined the Dementia Support Spinathon to help raise awareness and funds for people living with dementia. As a Trustee of the charity and a local Consultant Psychiatrist I see the huge value that Sage House brings to the community, to people living with dementia and their friends and carers. 

I will be joining the 12 hour Spinathon challenge at Westergate Leisure Centre, and cycling 17km on 17th May 2023. This is to raise awareness and funds for the 17,000 people in West Sussex who are living with dementia. The 12 hour Spinathon will start at 7am, on Wednesday 17th May and finishes at 7pm.
